Brain Health Begins With Your Heart Resource
A resource to support the Healthy Brain LA (HBLA) Coalition’s domain on early detection of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia education campaign. This resource focuses on public-facing education to help audiences learn the connection between heart health and brain health.
The first page focuses on an overview of the heart and brain connection, followed by action steps to maintain heart and brain health. The second page focuses on how to accurately measure blood pressure at home, followed by resources in Los Angeles and nationally to support heart and brain health.
